From humble beginnings, Plimmerton Kombucha has quickly become synonymous with the real deal. Brewed and bottled locally, made by locals, we are passionate about delivering an outstanding product that not only tastes amazing but nurtures the gut with super probiotic goodness.
Kombucha is produced by fermenting tea using a SCOBY - symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. This is what gives it the probiotic qualities and healthy enzymes that soothe the belly and heal the gut.
Our primary focus is quality. We only use real fruit and real spices, our 'booch' tastes like the flavours on the bottle because that's exactly what it is. No nasty add in's, just pure authentic kombucha goodness.
As we are an artisan producer we have the liberty to create and craft new brews - keep your eyes out for our soon to be released Jasmine and our Crisp Green Apple. Yum!
